At Activ8 Physio, our physio-led group classes offer targeted support for core strength, postural stability, rehab from surgery or sports injuries and pre & post-natal recovery. All our classes, Clinical Pilates, Ante-Natal/Mums & Bubs, and our Stable and Strong Program are evidence based and designed by our physiotherapists to enhance your fitness, support rehabilitation, and create a welcoming community environment.
As these classes are small, each individual will focus on their own specific rehab plan designed by their physio. Whether it’s recovering from a joint replacement, preparing for a marathon, returning to field sports post an injury or on your pre/postpartum journey, these classes are designed to assist you in achieving your goals. We love to make them both fun and motivational!

Led by qualified physiotherapists, this class focuses on tailored exercises to support rehabilitation, injury prevention, and fitness. It’s suitable for all fitness levels and is perfect for those recovering from injury or looking to prevent future issues.

Post-Natal Mums and Bubs Exercise Classes
Pre and Post-Natal Exercise Class
Our Ante-natal and Mums and Bubs classes are designed for mothers and mothers-to-be. These classes provide a supportive space for you to safely enjoy exercise throughout your pregnancy journey. These classes focus on core stability, pelvic floor muscles, and your postural strengthening, all with your baby in your tummy or by your side! It’s a wonderful way to bond with your changing body, baby and connect with other new mums in a safe, welcoming environment.
*Prior to commencement all women will have completed an assessment with our physios to ensure you’re ready to join.
