Satyajit (Sats) Apte - Physiotherapist

Satyajit (Sats) is an Indian-born physiotherapist specializing in MSK and sports physiotherapy. After earning his Degree in Physiotherapy in India, he spent time in sports medicine before completing his Master’s in Advanced Clinical Sports Physiotherapy at the University of South Australia in 2024.
Sats has worked with elite athletes, including Olympians, national champions, and has been involved with teams playing soccer, rugby, AFL, GAA, track and field, swimming, and cricket. He has also worked with musculoskeletal clients, completing rehabilitation both pre and post-operatively of both upper and lower limb conditions.
He is particularly passionate about treating sporting lower limb conditions (ACLs, hamstring strains, acute ankle sprains) and rotator cuff issues, he combines hands-on therapy with advanced pain neuroscience and a solid strength and conditioning foundation to empower his clients. He believes ‘motion is lotion’ and aims to make his patients self-sufficient, resilient and confident.
Outside of work, he enjoys tennis, lifting heavy things, taking video games too seriously, and exploring diverse cuisines.
